Ravasol BITLINKER-S3 is a sophisticated cross-linking agent in granular form, specifically developed to minimize hydrogen sulphide emissions (and associated odours) in addition to favor stability in PMB (modified bitumen with SBR/SBS polymers) for long storage periods.
It contains chemical catalysts, accelerators, scavengers and bonding agents that enhance a polymer/bitumen superstable chemical network. This solid format favors the PMB handling process.
It provides full and quick dispersion into the bitumen with drastic reduction of H2S.
The cross-linking effect optimizes polymer interaction with bitumen.
It also improves binder rheological performances and allow reduction of polymer content.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 0.10 to 0.25 % by weight of bitumen.
