Ravasol APS92 is a new concept liquid antistrip, based on nanotech silane chemistry, formulated to improve the passive adhesion between aggregate and bitumen, even at very low dosage.
It helps to grant an unbreakable binder/aggregate link during pavement service life.
Its tensioactive property modifies the bitumen polarity and enhances the chemical attraction in acid aggregates such as granite, silica, porphyry, basalt and quartzite gravel. Improves Water Sensitivity in mixtures (EN 12697-12), Dynamic Modulus, Density, Particle Loss and Compaction ability. Odor-free, heat-resistant and storage stable when added into hot bitumen.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 0.05 to 0.10 % by weight of bitumen.
