Ravasol BITFOAM is a liquid additive that enhances binder foaming properties in expanded bitumen applications. It increases the values of the “Expansion Ratio” and “Half Life” even with low bitumen operation temperatures. Particularly formulated to compensate the effects of chemical products incorporated during bitumen refining process. It also provides adhesion between aggregates and bitumen, due to own surfactant property. Compatible with all bitumen grades, it has to be added into the binder tank ensuring slight agitation or recirculation.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 0.40 to 0.70 % by weight of bitumen.
