Ravasol THERMO + is a new generation vegetal base liquid additive with tensioactive properties that allows the production of warm mixes, dropping down production temperatures to 110 ºC (230 ºF) and laying and compaction temperatures to 90 ºC (194ºF).
It reduces fuel consumption and emissions. It provides health and safety benefits to machinery operators at workplace. Even in cold weather conditions it allows longer distance hauls. Fume-free solution for indoor applications. Odor-free, heat-resistant and storage stable when added into the bitumen.
It improves aggregate-binder adhesion. Its natural compounds formulation prevents hazardous label.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: 0.30 to 0.50 % by weight of bitumen (~1.0 % for extreme temp. reductions).
