Ravasol CB-S9G is a neutral color pigmentable synthetic pellet binder that replaces the bitumen in hot mixtures produced when pavements decorative appearance is requested. It is formulated with selected UV-resistant compounds and its use minimizes potential color changes. Product “ready to use”, it is added at room temperature directly to the hot mix plant pug-mills. Its addition could be done both manually (weighted melting bags) or through pneumatic dosing devices. It melts immediately when in contact with hot aggregate into the mixer.
It achieves maximum color strength when used in combination with Ravasol COLOR+ Series.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: Similar to standard bitumen.
