The production capacity of the new premix factory in Feketić is 12,000 tons per year, which makes up about 25% of the region's needs for the product. “We introduced the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment and software and are relying entirely on the application of science and new technologies in the production process. The entire production process guarantees maximum safety of the product. In each production section we work according to the latest trends in the world and respect all rules regulations of Serbia, of the European Union and of the countries on whose markets we are selling our goods,” explained Ravago Chemicals factory manager Josip Bubnjević. “Through strict control and meticulous analysis of all raw material we know exactly what is entered into the mix so that production errors and product mismatches will be practically non-existent.”

He underlined that the laboratory is equipped with newest equipment for testing raw material as well as the product, such as an AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrometer) used for the analysis of minerals and heavy metals, a HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) vitamin analyser and the NIR (Near Infrared) Spectrometer Tango, a quick analyser for determining Wende analysis.
